I downloaded Evernote awhile ago, and while I haven't used it much, I've really want to. Maybe in 3rd year I'll start using it more (since I'll have my phone on me and I have Evernote for iPhone). My current uses are: business card rolodex and gift reminder (i.e. you're out and someone mentions liking something, a quick picture later and you have it saved for future use).
If you haven't checked out Evernote yet, it's a pretty amazing and powerful tool... I recommed you check it out here.
And I promise that I'll stop with all the videos and post real posts soon.... Or, after Spring Break... depending on scheduling, etc.
