So apparently Michigan grads are not smart... They are "morons". The question then stands: did they know when they had this vanity plate made what it was going to say? Or are they really that moronic?

I'm going to guess that's a NON-Michigan fan. Someone who thought that would be a good way to mock them. An Ohio State fan, perhaps.
I was thinking the same thing. Except maybe it is a Michigan person commenting on everyone else...
