Driving Tour

On my way back to the city the other day I decided to drive through downtown and take in some of the holiday festivities. During that drive I decided it would be fun to do a little driving tour. It's short, and all photos were taken on my iphone, but I thought I'd share.

Anyways, welcome to Detroit:

The GM Ren-Cen...

Turning onto the beginnings of Woodward, the 1st "Highway" (you can kind of see the Spirit of Detroit in the middle)

The arm (Joe Louis)... near Hart Plaza

Campus Martius... Complete with ice skating.

There's the Spirit... and my dirty windows (boo winter nastiness).

Although it's not the city I want to live in, at least it's a city. I love cities....
